International – Employee, wife and 3 children up to 18 years
QR 50,000.- which is depreciated over 4 years at 25% per annum. Which means if the employee is in service for 4 years they repays nothing. Up to 5 months basic salary. The loan has to be repaid in 3 years time or duration of the contract.
QR 28,000.- per child per academic year, up to 3 children of 18 years age studying in QATAR.
One month basic salary (payment based on last drawn salary)
